I've reached out to Toshiba Business Solutions and OE Canada to verify the latest firmware versions. Has anyone experience this problem with a Toshiba e-studio machine? Everything looks good on my end but it just doesn't work.

I can't even find the firmware available for download from Toshiba and there are no manuals on specific instructions. They couldn't do it since they said they didn't have access to the firmware, so, I was on my own. I also tried calling my local dealer that services the machine and they told me the get a firmware update.
